Weird MD and Volcano plot

Hi all,

I am new to data analysis and have been working on differential methylation analysis for RRBS data using edgeR. I have followed the pipeline shared here. I have a dataset with about 30 patient and 30 matched controls. I noticed that the plots I am getting do not represent the normal MD or volcano plots structures. Any advice on troubleshooting this? I don't clearly understand why I am only seeing non-significant cpgs in the MD plot.
