I am sorry for an elementary question; I want to ask if there is a method that gets pairs of mutually connected genes in a KEGG pathway.

For example, genes MHCII and TCR are mutually connected in Asthma. I want to retrieve all of these pairs from a given pathway.

I looked up other methods, such as KEGG API, but the methods only give different information, such as 'genes in a given pathway.'

I may write down all of the pairs manually, but it would be inefficient, especially if the pathway gets bigger.

I would appreciate it if you could teach me a method for this goal.
