Motif Matrix for RNA pol II & III TFs
Dear community,
I would like to determine the binding sites for RNApol2 and pol3 at the promoter site of some human gene sequences and for that have identified some TFs ( transcription factors) - BRF1, POLR3A, POLR2A, BTAF1.
However, I would like to get the motif matrix for these genes, to predict binding sites. I have tried JASPER database for the matrix however I cant find these specific genes in that. Is there any other resources/ databases where I can download the motif matrices for these genes?
