For some heatmap tracks, it displays thick black lines. I'm sure many people have countered this problem before. How can this be fixed?

Look at the 2nd most outer track (other than the chromosome skeleton). Although the color setting is the same as other tracks, when I applied Color Quantile Scaling, it shows erroneous black lines.
