How do I edit chromosome names or delete some chromosomes in assembly (FASTA) and annotation (GFF/GTF) file?
I have an assembly/genome file in FASTA format and a corresponding annotation (GFF/GTF) file.
How can I change names of chromosomes or delete some chromosomes off? Is there any software for this?
