Bioinformatics databases like as BioGRID collect a large number of interaction findings for proteins and genes in many species from various papers and research, however such collations suffer from testing biases because not all combinations are investigated, and some are tested multiple times. Shouldn't they also gather all bad outcomes? Is there a site that aggregates both positive and negative interactions from High Throughput and Low Throughput trials in a systematic manner?
