Refseq bacterial genomes to clean reads
Hello, I'm doing an RNA-seq and I need to get rid of some contamination. In order to do it I will use BBSplit that allow you to compare your reads to diferent genomes and trim the matching parts. I'm using the kraken standar library genomes but the bacterial one is not aviable to download anymore. Do you know any other I can use?
