Coffea arabica var typica and geisha
Hello everyone.
Today I'm trying to download the coffea arabica var typica and geisha genomes but I didn't find them in NCBI, ensembl, Genome Browser or the jbrowser portal.
Some one know where can I search?

I am aware of the following Coffea arabica assemblies:
- C. arabica var. Geisha from Phytozome (you may need to register for free)
- C. arabica var. Red Bourbon from World Coffee Research
- C. arabica with no indication of cv (so it may be typica, indeed) from NCBI

Do you know if these genomes are sequenced as a fact? If they are not in the resources you searched then they may not be publicly available (even if some entity has sequenced them).
