I can't import TCGA idat's files using ChAMP (R)
Hi. I've downloaded the TCGA idats from STAD project, but i can't find a way to correct import them using ChAMP in R. When i use the manifest file, without any edition, ChAMP returns: "Error Match between pd file and Red Channel IDAT file.". Where can i download the correct file?
