I am just wondering if I can use FACETS in order to predict LOH in tests such as TSO500 (somatic).

I am wondering if I can make "synthetic" dp and rd for the normal sample columns?

This is what is required in the readSnpMatrix():

Edit: I use featureCounts to obtain the read counts (DP?) and would also need a RD column I presume.
