find mouse homologs to human long non coding rnas

Hello,

I am trying to find mouse homologs for human lncRNAs. I pulled down all lncRNA gene ids from gencode database. I tried to use biomaRt, but it returned homologs for 2 out of ~ 20,000 lncRNAs. Any suggestions?
