I have a quick question; does anyone know the book being used in this microarray course? (from a previous Rafael Irizarry course)

In particular, I am interested in understanding the graphical representations used for experimental design, as seen in this lecture. Kendziorski et al. PNAS 2005 is cited.

If anyone knows (the course textbook used or similar), please let me know.
