Is it possible to create gene enrichment plot for wild type (only one type of sample)
I have identified GO terms for gene products along with the number of times that gene products occurred in my wild-type sample. For example
[Cellular Component], GO:0005743 mitochondrial inner membrane 2
Can I create a bar plot and show the gene product against the number of times that gene products occurred in the sample?

To show gene enrichment analysis there should be at least 2 types of samples.
