CPTAC protein levels across studies
I am interested in comparing the levels of a specific protein across cancer types. The CPTAC claims that their data analysis pipeline allows cross-study analyses. However, I am suspicious because the studies were conducted with different tags, different mass spectrometers, etc. Can someone please shed some light on this issue. Can protein levels be directly compared across CPTAC studies?
