How to create features?
Hello, I want to compare two groups both control and research. Currently I am following the instruction from Bioconductor called "NOISeq", but I have a problem regarding point 2.3. I need to have some features such as length, GC or chromosome. Unfortunately, in the instruction there is no example of a code to generate length or GC. Photo of instruction is below:
