How to liftover ALT field of the structural variant in VCFs?
I have tried CrossMap.py and gatk LiftoverVcf, but neither of them seem to be able to convert the ALT field of the structural variant (SVTYPE=BND).
Does anyone know how to do this?
The screenshots below are from hts-spec VCFv4.2.pdf.
