Dear all.

I used MOFA2 and calculated the latent factors which were described and correlated to clinical parameters. However, I am interested to identify the susceptibility of laying into one of the factors of a new sample with the same experimental performance for those in the original MOFA2 training.

Do you know if MOFA2 has already a function to performed something similar? If not, Do you know if something similar has been performed before? or, Do you have any suggestion about this problem?
