Microarray differential expression analyses - P values that are the most significant
Hi,
I have performed microarray differential expression analyses in R program and generated a table with p values.
I just had a question. Does anyone know how I can determine the top 10 most significant p- values?
Would it just be the value with the most zeros (10 smallest values).

I am a bit surprised by your question, top differentially expressed genes (DEGs) are those with smallest p-values. Just sort your table in ascending order by p-value to obtain the most significant DEGs
