Hello everyone,

I need to compare different CNV callers before the segmentation step, and I would like for all of them to produce results on bins having the same size. For example, this is possible in Control-FREEC (using the window = xxx parameter in the config file).

Is it possible to manually set a value for the bin size when using the -m wgs option in CNVkit?

I tried to look evrywhere for it but I couldn't find it in the documentation (neither in other answers).
