Resource for Enhancers for the gene X in different tissues

Dear community members,

I have a gene X and I would like to understand if the enhancer for this gene is different in for example fibroblasts or brain cells.

I found a resource published in NAR in 2019, but the web site link does not work for me: https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/30247654/ (the actual link is http://bioinfo.vanderbilt.edu/AE/HACER/ )

Is there any other resource where can I find such information?

Check out EnhancerAtlas, in the Downloads section you can access raw enhancer-gene interactions across many tissues.
