Dear all,

Is the community aware of any kind of listing for microbiome / metagenomics related databases (for any kind of scope, be it ARG, gene catalogs, association with disease, taxa interaction with drugs, BGC annotation, raw MAGs / metagenomes retrieval, etc.)?

I plan to build such a listing for myself and I'd rather update / adapt based on existing work rather than re-doing potential previous work / resource (that I was unable to find, also see this post on Biostars : Specific metagenomic databases)
