Binning metatranscriptomes?
Is it possible to create metatranscriptome bins the way it's possible to create metagenome bins/MAGs? I'm interested in binning metatranscriptomes to see if highly related microbes in a community have similar patterns of differential expression following treatment in my dataset and I think it might be easier to identify this if the microbes are in bins.
