Hello guys, my name is abdelmalek and I'm a computer science student exactly in bioinformatics, I'm looking for some biopython tutorials for beginners because I have tried to study it, however I couldn't understand it and make scripts in python, so would anyone like to send me a simple Biopython tutorials for beginners, please? Hi Abdelmalek, welcome to Biostars. The first entry when you google "Biopython tutorial" offers you a quite comprehensive overview with examples of all the functionalities. Maybe it is a good place to start.

There are many tutorials and useful links about biopython out there. The one I linked contains everything, so I guess it is sufficient? There are also video-tutorials if that is more convenient for you, check out this.
