Hi everyone,

I am trying to use the R package hierfstat to calculate basic pop gen statistics using the basic.stats() function.

I have transformed my genlight object into a genind object using gl2gi() and then simply applied basic.stats() to my genind object.

This is what $overall returned:

  Ho    Hs    Ht   Dst   Htp  Dstp   Fst  Fstp   Fis  Dest 

0.056   NaN   NaN   NaN   NaN   NaN   NaN   NaN   NaN   NaN 

Only Ho was calculated, the rest of the statistics are NaN.

Do you know where the issue might be coming from?
