Which distribution to choose for ploting mutant allele frequency?
I would like to choose a distribution to describe theoritical distribution of mutant allele frequency. The variance of distribution represent the sampling variation during sequencing. Poisson distribution is not suited here since it is distribution of frequency. Can anyone share some ideas? Thanks
