Evolution of gene families

I have list of gene families of Phylum: arthropoda, I'm trying to arrange all the families evolutionary. As I seen in paper, limulus polyphemus of family- Limulidae is the ancestral of arthropoda. Similary I need to arrange all the families. Kindly help me with any databases or tools which can identify this.
