Overview of NCBI virus types (DNA, RNA, ssDNA etc...)
Hi, I am looking for a database that characterises the NCBI-viruses into classes based on their genome. Indicating if they are ssDNA, ssRNA, dsDNA etc. Any ideas where to get this information?

Not from NCBI but direct from International Committee on Taxonomy of Viruses a master list of viruses with information you need.
