nice twitter account with papers related to disease genes too https://twitter.com/DiseaseGenes
Warning Genes may be involved in diseases in various various ways which is difficult to put in databases (I know that), still for starting point:
Question What are databases (with possibly Python interfaces) which describe genes <-> diseases relations ? What are the survey papers on that topic ?
My feeling that information is somewhat scattered, hopefully I am wrong.
Some examples of scattered information:
For ALS ((Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis) - see here https://alsod.ac.uk/ (some notebook describing genes interacting with them https://www.kaggle.com/code/alexandervc/genes-interacting-with-als-genes)
For e.g. Ewing Sarcoma - Ewing sarcoma "related" genes ?
And so on.

OMIM for the single gene disorders https://www.omim.org/
https://www.disgenet.org/ exists
Use cases make a one size fits all highly unlikely
