I have a quick question I don't know whom to ask:

1) a tool for PRS computation https://github.com/getian107/PRScs wants GWAS size to be specified ( GWAS_SAMPLE_SIZE )

2) I use a COVID GWAS for this, https://www.covid19hg.org/results/r7/ . The total number of cases plus the total number of controls is around 1M. But there is also a field:

all_inv_var_meta_effective effective sample size

which is around 5000.

What PRSce wants from me, 1M or 5000?
