How to generate Kimura substitution level plots for TE (transposable elements) ?

Hi,

Can someone point out a tutorial which helps me to generate the Kimura substitution plots from eukaryotic genomes (soft masked - Repeatmasker) ?

I generated the barplot to show the percentage (%) of TE's elements in the genome.
