Undo DEseq2 Normalization on RNAseq to counts or CPM conversion

Hi,

I downloaded RNA seq from GEO in Deseq2 normalization format but I would need it in CPM or raw count to integrate with my other dataset. Any advice on how to convert/reverse.

Thanks

No, not possible without the scaling factors at hand that were used. Either download the raw data and process with something lightweight such as salmon or check whether the recount package at Bioconductor covered that study. They might have raw counts without much effort from your side.
