Identifying bioperl atom nomenclature

I have a residue of protein 1BGA: BETA-GLUCOSIDASE.
The first seven lines start with the amino acid threonine.

 Chain:A Residue:THR-2Atom: N
 Chain:A Residue:THR-2Atom:CA
 Chain:A Residue:THR-2Atom:C
 Chain:A Residue:THR-2Atom:O
 Chain:A Residue:THR-2Atom:CB
 Chain:A Residue:THR-2Atom:OG1
 Chain:A Residue:THR-2Atom:CG2

I know that the CA atom corresponds to the alpha carbon... But, CB, OG1, CG2..., correspond to what? And where to get more of these nomenclatures?

bioperl biopython blast fasta
