running HLAscan
I am trying to run HLAScan but so far I failed to get results, it always says "ERROR: wrong HLA gene".
I feel like I am not been able to download the proper database file or which file to use in command ?? .. Kindly guide me from where I can download .IMGT file.. for now, I have cloned the https://github.com/ANHIG/IMGTHLA repository.
