I am working on the bacteria BGCs (Biosynthetic Gene Clusters). I came across the terms i.e. known and unknown gene clusters. Does anyone know how can we calculate the known and unknown gene clusters (in percentage)? Is there any command line to do so or whether it can be using simple calculations?
