PolyPhen for HG38
I'm trying to download PolyPhen for hg38 on https://www.openbioinformatics.org/annovar/annovar_download.html#example
However, PolyPhen appears to be available only for hg18 & hg19
Is there another way that I could get the polyPhen database for hg38?

yes. you can get it from UCSC table browser Variant Annotation Integrator.
Depending on where you are in training, it may be worth messing around with the Table Browser till you understand everything that is in there, how it links to each other, what kind of data is housed, what it comes from etc.
If you are in training, you'll save time in the long run, and even if you didnt, the resources curated are essentially a who's-who of really important studies.
