UK Biobank vs. NIH-EBI GWAS catalogue
Hi biostars!
Does anyone know what's the difference between the UK Biobank GWAS data and NIH-EBI GWAS Catalogue? Which one is more comprehensive and which one should be used in which cases?
I have been using the latter so far but I see that papers increasingly ofter started to use UK Biobank. Any insights from experienced fellows would be much appreciated!
