GTEx ID between vcf and gene count file
Hello, I have a vcf file and a gene count file. I am trying to match the GTEX IDs between these two. But it seems to be different. For example: IDs in my vcf file are like: GTEX-1117F-0003-SM-6WBT Whereas IDs in my gene count file are like: GTEX.1117F.3226.SM.5N9CT Should I just consider GTEX-1117F or consider the entire thing for perfect match?
