How does Indexing and de-novo identification and masking of repetitive elements occurs?
In order to identify and masks the repetitive elements from my reference genome. What and how I should proceed with the tools RepeatModeler and RepeatMasker? Firstly the indexing to be carried out or the identification and masking?
