I have been trying to access a virtual machine via ubuntu in my local desktop. However the following error pops up always how much ever I try to troubleshoot.

Warning: path/to/your/private/key/file not accessible: No such file or directory.
ubuntu@xxx.xxx.xx.xx: Permission denied (publickey)

Can someone please help resolve this error?
