Using Illumina COVIDSeq Kit to sequence other viruses other than SARS-COV-2
I am interested in trying the COVIDSeq kit offered by Illumina in sequencing other viruses, as I was told this was possible by substituting the primers for the virus of interest. I want to try this with Influenza A. Has anyone had any experience using COVDSeq to sequence other viruses and if they have any protocols that they could share?
