I have condition-specific network data such as network1, netnetwork2, and network3 for A, B, and C conditions. I would like to find the most changing nodes and edges across these networks. But I am unclear about the term rewiring biologically or from a network biology perspective? I would appreciate it if someone could explain what it means and why we need to do such an analysis? I tried to google it but could not get a compressive definition and application, especially from a network biology point of view?
