Will Kallisto generate different result based on the same fastq files?
I'm wondering will Kallisto generate different result based on the same fastq files?
Actually, with the same fastq files, I'm redoing Kallisto to get the file that contains TPM output, and then use SUPPA to detect the alternative splicing events, however, I found that the final result are a bit different from the previous one.

If you run kallisto identically on the same fastq files, you'll get the same result.
This is generally true of bioinformatics software.
