missingness for chromosome X
Hi,
I have a question about missingness. For autosomal chromosomes, we compare the allele count with a coefficient of 2 N, because we have two alleles per individual but for chromosome X, It is not the case since for men we have only one. How can we calculate it for chromosome X? Is it 2 number of females + number of males?
