Hi, I'm beginner.

I've tried convert BED file to VCF file in SURVIVOR. Below you will find 2 command which I used:

./SURVIVOR bedtovcf results.bed > results.vcf or SURVIVOR bedtovcf results.bed > results.vcf

I made results.vcf file but it is empty (0kb)

I know I've done something incorrectly. Could you explain me how I should do it?
