Dear All,

I am doing some spatial trasncriptomic analysis and when doing it on particular sample, I got this error message as the result:

Error in eigen(if (doDykstra) R else Y, symmetric = TRUE) : infinite or missing values in 'x'

Below is the snippet of my code and the error message.

This error message only appears in some sample on certain gene list and I wonder what should I check to resolve this error.
