Functional categories assignment

May I know how to search for functional category of the below eggNOG code?

  1. ENOG410Z3U5
  2. ENOG410XNRZ
  3. ENOG410YJYG

I managed to download the functional category for eggNOG code start with COG but could not find the eggNOG code start with ENOG

The 4 in the ENOG4 prefix indicates that these identifiers belong to eggNOG version 4. You probably won't find them in the current version 5.

but should be able to find it in version 4 database is it? Any idea where to find at version 4 database?

I tried to find here also cnt find them.

They can be found in the search box of version 4.5 here: http://eggnog45.embl.de/#/app/home then you probably need to search into the right file(s). For example the search result for ENOG410Z3U5 tells you it's an all organism term/group and it can be found in the all organisms annotation file: http://eggnog45.embl.de/download/eggnog_4.5/data/NOG/NOG.annotations.tsv.gz
