I want to apply DH script (combined Tajima'sD and Fay and Wu's H stats) on my pool-seq data. Here I found a paper https://academic.oup.com/genetics/article/174/3/1431/6065238 that has proposed the DH test. If possible, can anyone pleas share the DH script applied here, I want it. I will really appreciate this favor.
