regression analysis between two datasets

enter image description hereI have two datasets. dataset1 is metagenomic data 95rows 2 columns and dataset2 is metabolomic data 458rows and 2 columns. I want to know how much metabolites are associated with one microbiome. what type of regression can be performed with this. and how do I perform regression with such kind of datasets. kindly help me out.
