data set download from NCBI Datasets
Hi all, I have a question. When I download multiple files from NCBI Datasets at once as a zip file, I have to rename them manually because they all have the same name (e.g. protein.faa). Is there any good solution to this problem?

Does the parent folder (of
protein.faa) have a different name? If so, you could use that name to renameprotein.faa.Thank you for your answer. I have successfully renamed protein.faa using the parent folder name with FlexibleRenamer tool.
