Quality Control Parameters

Hello, I have 173366 SNPs -> 48 individuals, dogs, 22 female, 22 male, 4 no-known. I use parameters maf 0.05, mind and geno 0.1, hwe 1e-6. Are they well chosen? I am asking to be sure
